Klocke likes to stay on top of new trends in the firefighting industry, and he’s always trying to improve his products. He also likes that he can collaborate with Hannay Reels when developing a new way to make Feld Fire skids function at a higher level.

“The technical support has been amazing for us,” says Matt Klocke. “I love that I can shoot ideas at them. If my customer needs a custom reel, I can call Hannay, and they know, right away, what I’m looking for.”

 

The strength of a business partnership depends on results. Because Feld Fire and Hannay Reels are both committed to making quality products, their relationship works. Both companies can count on one another to maintain strong reputations in the industry. “I’m super happy with Hannay Reels. We have absolutely no plans to change our supplier,” says Klocke.
