Hannay offers a number of different reel packages with hose or cable already installed for quick and easy ordering. Reel packages available for a wide range of industries and applications, including water, air, lube, fueling, electric, and DEF.  We are also happy to suggest and tailor a reel to meet the needs of your project.

All Hannay reel packages are available in a convenient spring rewind, with a non-sparking ratchet assembly. All hose and cable reel packages come with four-way rollers and hose/cable stops included. With a small footprint and three different roller positions to choose from, you are able to customize each reel to fit where you need it: work trucks, work trailers, on carts, or in the shop – mounted on the floor, wall or ceiling.

Air and water packages are available for needs such as assembly operations, lawn care, washdown, air tools, and more.  Reel packages are available with 1/4” through 1” ID single textile braided reinforced synthetic rubber hose up to 100 feet and standard pressure up to 300 psi.

Lube and hydraulic fluid reel packages are available in medium and high pressure options from 2750 psi up to 5000 psi. These spring reel packages handle 3/8” up to 1/2” ID hose up to 75 feet in length. These compact reels are ideal for tight spaces, particularly in lube trucks or work trucks, where multiple reels are needed.

Special grease reel packages are also available. These spring rewind hose reels are designed for grease applications with pressures from 5000 psi to 5800 psi and can handle 1/4” & 3/8” ID hoses up to 50 feet in length.

Our special welding packages are perfect for oxy/acetylene applications - stationary or on the go. These reel packages offer the same variety of mounting positions and four-way rollers for shop, truck, trailer or cart/mobile use. This heavy-duty spring rewind welding reel handles twin 1/4" through 3/8" ID hoses and is installed with Twin Grade R or T welding hoses up to 50 feet.

Reel packages to handle live electric cable are also available wherever power applications are needed – in the shop or out in the field. These compact spring rewind reels have a 3 conductor, 45 amp, 600-volt collector assembly and are installed with 25, 50, 75 or 100 feet of SOOW 12/3 black cable.

Convenient standard fueling reel packages are also available and come with 50 or 75 feet of ¾” ID or 50 feet of 1” ID Contitech BC 50 psi fuel hose. A compact footprint allows these reels to fit in small compartments on work trucks or trailers, or in rows for fueling stations.  

In addition to standard fuel packages, Hannay offers a full line of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) hose reels ideal for fuel trucks, bulk transfer skids and mobile DEF carts. These reels feature a 304-grade stainless steel fluid path and swivel joint, and come with lengths ranging from 25 feet to 75 feet of ½” through 1” ID of Tru-Blue DEF hose.
