VAC-5000 Series

The VAC-5000 Single Wrap Series reel is ideal for heavy-duty jobs that require a longer, larger hose. Able to accommodate 2" through 4" I.D. hose, the VAC-5000 can effortlessly rewind and wrap up hose. Its single wrap configuration allows it to be easily mounted transverse to your truck frame and offers convenient access from either side of your vehicle. Gear-driven crank rewind or chain and sprocket drive options are available and can be powered by an electric, hydraulic, or compressed air motor for quick and easy pickup.

The 1100 Series reel is a portable hose reel on wheels. Equipped with rubber tires for easy mobility, the 1100 Series is compatible with 3/8" through 5/8" I.D. hose and pressures up to 3,000 psi. A swivel joint inlet, fluid hub, and outlet riser allow for a continuous flow. The reel also features a removable steel handlebar, direct crank rewind, and cam-lock drag brake.

1500 Series

Lightweight and compact, the 1500 Series reel can handle 3/8" through 5/8" I.D. hose. Manual rewind options feature a cam-lock drag brake, spring-actuated pin lock and direct crank, while the power rewind offers a chain and sprocket drive powered by an electric, hydraulic or air motor. For tougher jobs, a heavy-duty upgrade is available.

Jetting/Water Blasting

Jetting and water blasting are rigorous tasks that demand durable equipment to get the job done. Hannay carries heavy-duty, steel reels fit for jetting and blasting applications. These reels have the capacity to safely hold longer hose with psi between 2,000 and 5,000.

6000 Series

This heavy-duty reel can handle single ½" through 1" I.D. hose. The 6000 Series is available with a manual or power rewind as well as a chain guard upon request. Manual rewind models are fitted with a pinion brake while power rewind models come with a bearing mounted adjustable strap brake. On a standard 6000 Series reel, the inlet, outlet riser and hub assembly are steel construction. A stainless steel hub assembly and aluminum or stainless steel swivel joints are available upon request to meet the demands of your application.

AT1300 Series

Another of our portable reels on wheels, the AT1300 Series is a direct crank rewind reel that features a six-foot power source lead of 10/3 cable. This reel features a three-conductor, 45-amp collector ring. A 15-amp, three-prong straight blade is also included with a twist lock option available.
