N700

Specially engineered to streamline pneumatic needs, lubrication, washdown, water transfer, and general industrial applications, the N700 Series hose reel can easily attach to trucks and overhead cranes, and has a variety of roller positions for different mounting options. A spring rewind feature saves time and effort by simplifying pickup and storage, and a non-sparking ratchet assembly unit makes the N700 safer to operate in hazardous areas. The unit handles 1/4-inch through 1/2-inch I.D. hose, and pressures up to 10,000 psi.

While this reel is considered lightweight, don’t underestimate its ability to handle long hose lengths. Available in either manual or power rewind, the reel can handle 3/8-inch through 5/8-inch I.D. hose and pressures up to 10,000 psi. The manual rewind reel comes complete with a cam-lock drag brake, spring actuated pin lock, and direct crank rewind. Or if you opt for the power rewind reel, you have your choice of a chain and sprocket drive powered by either an electric, hydraulic or air motor.

SGCR

If grounding is your need, we have the right reel to keep you safe and help you meet OSHA requirements. The SGCR grounding reel is equipped with an automatic spring rewind for ultimate convenience. Specifically, this model is independently tested to 43 kA for 30 cycles.

Another spring rewind reel, the 800 model is especially ideal for fuel dispensing and waste oil evacuation. Built a bit larger and stronger to withstand heavy-duty applications, this reel features a roll-formed channel frame, as well as an array of different roller positioning options to best suit your space.  This unit can handle 3/4-inch or 1-inch I.D. hose and standard pressures up to 6,000 psi.

N600

Its ability to perform in high-pressure situations is what makes the N600 ideal for hydraulic and spray applications. Designed with a small footprint and narrow frame, the N600 reel will fit compactly into a work truck. Like the 800 model, this unit features various different roller positioning options to cater to your specific space and mounting requirements. The reel can handle pressures up to 10,000 psi, as well as 1/4-inch through 1/2-inch I.D. hose.
