We've been building our reels in the same rural location in upstate New York since 1933. My grandfather, Clifford, taught me a lot about mechanical things as well as basic values, and we've tried to stay true to his original vision.
We strive to continually bring you the best products, and the best people to build and deliver them to you and answer your questions. If at any time you have concerns or suggestions for improvement, we'd love to hear from you.

Company Profile
Products: Durable metal reels of all types (hose, cable, storage) and for all industries. We build over 70,000 reels per year for customers throughout the world. Reel sizes vary from hand portable to over 12 feet in length.
Location: Westerlo, New York, USA. Rural upstate village located 150 miles (240 km) north of New York City.

Quality: Our reels are simply the most durable and well-engineered in the industry. We invite anyone to compare our heavy-duty construction with the competition.
Service: Our sales engineering staff goes to extra lengths to understand your application and help you select the best reel for the job. They all have significant experience out in the shop building reels. They are all ready and able to knowledgeably answer your questions.
Delivery: Reel orders are all built completely from scratch. And yet, reels generally ship within a week. (Highly engineered reels and stainless/aluminum reels sometimes take a few weeks more.) Most part orders are fulfilled within 24 hours.
